Nope, this is NOT a New England style IPA. It is made the way a West Coast beer is supposed to be made. Crisp, clear, and hoppy. Full of Citrus Hops.
Every Brewery needs a “Middle of the road” beer. One not to hoppy and not to light. Our Pale Ale fits the category to a “T”. 38 IBUs crisp with a slightly sweet finish. Our Head Brewer‘s favorite!
Our Red Beer comes from the work of our Co-Owner Tanzania. A very complex and flavorful beer made with 6 different malts. Flavor galore. An American version of an Irish Ale.
Our NEIPA is hazy like it is supposed to be. Fermeneted with east coast yeast and filled with Mosaic and Citra Hops. A Western Mass Favorite.
Full of flavor this beer is a milky sweet stout! Our Irish Friends love it as much as their home grown favorite.
The very first beer that our Head Brewer mastered. It started off as an amber but through years of practice it because a sweet, malty brown beer.
Our most famous beer created by our Co-Owner Tanzania. Created to satisfy the pallet of a “Wine Cooler Lover” this Pink Lemonade Blonde Ale” has been publicized throughout Massachusetts. You will try it and take a 4 pack to go!
Our strongest beer on tap. This CLEAR Copper colored IPA has major hops from the Willamette region. No other Double IPA like it in Massachusetts!
Our lightest beer on tap. Light, refreshing and very low bittering hops.

Casual Brewery foods
Herbed butter, parmesan, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella.
Crispy Chicken, parmesan cheese, sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms and mozzarella blend on top of a marinara spread flatbread.
House Roasted hand carved Turkey, Stuffing, Baby Swiss Cheese and Cranberry Aioli. Served w a side of poultry gravy for dipping.
Serrano ham, Genoa salami, Pepperoni, provolone cheese, pesto, roasted red peppers, raw onion, dash of oregano & basil and fresh spinach.
Grilled, marinated Chicken w Baby Swiss, Brie, Bacon and Asparagus.
